SALSABIL: Journal of Sharia and Economic Law derives its name from the heavenly spring mentioned in the Quran (Surah Al-Insan 76:18), symbolizing the clear, pure, and refreshing flow of knowledge in the field of Islamic economic jurisprudence. As a peer-reviewed open-access journal published biannually, Salsabiil employs a rigorous double-blind review process to ensure high-quality scholarship across contemporary fiqh muamalah, Islamic economic regulations, Islamic financial systems, Shariah contracts, Islamic business ethics, and dispute resolution in Islamic economics.
